The satellite receiver only receives a few channels because it is programmed to only pick up the specific channels that the user has subscribed to or that are available in their package. Additionally, the receiver may only be able to pick up channels from a specific satellite or transponder, limiting the number of channels it can receive. Finally, the receiver's capabilities and the quality of the satellite signal can also affect the number of channels it can pick up. **

Systematic observation in field research involves the structured and planned collection of data through direct observation of a specific phenomenon, often using predetermined categories or criteria. On the other hand, participant observation involves the researcher immersing themselves in the social setting being studied, actively participating in the activities and interactions of the group being observed. While systematic observation allows for a more objective and standardized approach to data collection, participant observation provides a deeper understanding of the social context and dynamics by experiencing it firsthand. Ultimately, the main distinction lies in the level of involvement and interaction between the researcher and the subjects of the study. **

Systematic observation in field research involves the structured and predetermined collection of data based on specific variables or behaviors of interest. Researchers use predefined criteria to guide their observations and ensure consistency in data collection. On the other hand, participatory observation involves the researcher immersing themselves in the social setting being studied, actively participating in the activities of the group being observed. This approach allows the researcher to gain a deeper understanding of the context and culture of the group, but may be more subjective and less structured compared to systematic observation. **

"A few questions" implies a small number of questions, typically more than one. On the other hand, "a few questions" also means a small number of questions, but it could be interpreted as a slightly larger quantity than just "a few." The difference is subtle, but "a few questions" suggests a bit more than just a couple of questions. **

"A few" can refer to a small number of something, such as a few apples or a few books. It is used to indicate a small but noticeable quantity. For example, "I have a few friends coming over for dinner." **

"A few flowers" is the correct phrase to use when referring to a small number of flowers. "A few" implies a small, but unspecified number. On the other hand, "a few flowers" would be incorrect because it is redundant, as "a few" already implies a small number of something. **

Objective criteria in weather observation are measurable and quantifiable factors that are used to describe the current weather conditions. These criteria include temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, precipitation amount, cloud cover, and atmospheric pressure. By using objective criteria, meteorologists can provide accurate and consistent information about the weather, which is crucial for making informed decisions and predictions. **

It is not recommended to leave a space heater unattended for a few hours. Space heaters can pose a fire hazard if left unattended, especially if they are placed near flammable materials or in a crowded area. It is important to always monitor a space heater while it is in use and to turn it off when leaving the room or going to sleep. Additionally, many space heaters have an automatic shut-off feature for safety reasons, but it is still best to err on the side of caution and not leave them unattended for extended periods of time. **
